Privacy policy

What we process

• The content of your conversation with the Cerebro assistant (message text, time, language).
• Contact details you share with us (name, company, e-mail, phone) and the description of your need.
• Technical data needed to protect the service (a truncated IP fingerprint kept for 24 hours, browser type).
• The chat and the form are protected against bots by the invisible Cloudflare Turnstile check. Its processing is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum of Cloudflare, Inc.

Why and on what basis

• Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer — legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Storing your contact for a business follow-up — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Protecting the service against abuse — legitimate interest.

How long

Conversations and contacts are kept while a project is being discussed, at most 24 months after the last communication. Then they are anonymised. Technical data is deleted within 30 days.

Who receives the data

The AI model provider that generates the reply (a processor, no storage for training), the e-mail service used for internal notifications and the EU hosting provider. We never sell data or hand it to third-party marketing.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Withdraw consent by e-mail to the contact address. Complaints go to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

Cookies and measurement

The site uses no third-party marketing or analytics cookies. One technical session identifier keeps the chat working. Traffic is measured in aggregate (page view counts, no identification of persons).
